Instructions for deleting your personal data from Photo & Storage Cleaner

How to Delete Your Data

Photo & Storage Cleaner stores data locally on your device. To delete this data:

  1. Open the Photo & Storage Cleaner app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Scroll to Privacy section
  4. Tap Delete My Data
  5. Confirm your request

This will permanently delete all locally stored data including scan results, cached metadata, and app preferences.

What Data Is Deleted

Local data (deleted immediately):

Server data (manual request required):

To delete your analytics data from our servers, email us at contact@simplesoft.ee. If you made a purchase, include your Apple purchase email so we can locate your data.

Note: Your actual photos are not affected by this process. Photos are managed through the iOS Photos app, not our servers.

Third-Party Data

Analytics data is processed by PostHog on EU servers. Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat. To request deletion of this data, contact us at contact@simplesoft.ee.

To manage data collected by Apple (purchases, App Store), visit your Apple ID account settings.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal compliance, including data needed for billing purposes or fraud prevention if you made in-app purchases.
